Module 6

This module reminded me the importance of not plagerizing when I am writing for school or for any purpose. It is easy to do when we have so much access to all kinds of information on the web and transferring that information is literally at the touch of a button. This module also reminded me of the importance of really being consciencous of my pt's right to privacy and protecting all of their information (HIPPA). I believe this will become even more important as we move into a day where even more information is stored online (PHI etc). I also see the need to educate my patients on the benefits and cons of keeping their health hx online and the access they can have to it. Through out this semester I have been reminded of just how fast we are moving forward in the heathcare field in relation to this technology.
